We talk about the similarities and differences between dry January and strict food elimination protocols, and how dry January *can* be used in a way to examine your relationship with alcohol. Or is it just another way for us to try to control our waistlines?

Disclaimer: There’s nothing wrong with wanting to examine your relationship with alcohol, or experimenting with reducing your alcohol intake. It’s objectively it’s better for your health to do so. BUT. We’re find a lot of parallels between the binge-restrict cycle of whole30 and the same thing with alcohol. Listen for the full discussion!
